August 2023[edit]

Stop icon Please do not remove the {{copyvio/core}} template from articles, as you did with The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022. Your action has been reverted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept non-free text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted, and removing copyright notices will not help your case. You can properly contest the deletion at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. If you are the owner of the material, you may release the material under the Creative Commons and GFDL licenses, as detailed at WP:IOWN. Alternatively, you are welcome to create a draft in your own words at Talk:The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022/Temp. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators and/or removers of the copyright notice templates will be blocked from editing. — DaxServer (t · m · e · c) 10:48, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/TechGenWikinator03. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. You have accused the user Thewikizoomer being hostile. You are advised to not make accusations and pick fights.

Refer WP:AOHA which states - Making accusations of harassment can be inflammatory and hence these accusations may not be helpful in a dispute. It can be seen as a personal attack if harassment is alleged without clear evidence that the others' action is actually harassment, and unfounded accusations may constitute harassment themselves if done repeatedly. The result is often accusations of harassment on your part, which tends to create a nasty cycle. At the same time, claims of harassment should be taken seriously and not be summarily dismissed unless it becomes clear the accusations are not well-founded.

Please note that any violations related to copyright issues are dealt with seriously on Wikipedia, attritions should be added before hand to avoid any confusion and removing copyright templates is a serious violation when its clearly stated in the template that you should NOT remove the template. If you are unclear, it is advised to consult an administrator or make use of Wikipedia:TeaHouse.

Duplicate pages of articles are considered for speedy deletions and they are taken seriously by Wikipedia and accusing Thewikizoomer of nominating page for proposed deletion as an aggressive measure amounts to harrassment. The allegations of being odd and biased against the user in the Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/TechGenWikinator03 page are considered harrassment.

You are advised to refrain from making personal attacks on users trying to make articles comply with the policies of Wikipedia and if there is anything that you would like to talk, you are advised to use the User talk pages by following the guidelines on conduct. Related to The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022[edit]

As @Girth Summit mentioned in Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/TechGenWikinator03 that users are allowed to add a separate heading for Bill in the Act page, @TechGenWikinator03 is free to add more information related to the history of its legislation by abiding to rules and regulations of Wikipedia.
and also the user @TechGenWikinator03 can add their claim of the Bill page not being a copyright violation in the space provided in the template to explain rather than removing the whole template
Also the @TechGenWikinator03 fear of hostility related to @Thewikizoomer is up to them as Wikipedia administrators ensure that free and fair editing shall always take place in Wikipedia(abiding to the rules and regulations of Wikipedia) and any repeated violations like the one here - https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_Digital_Personal_Data_Protection_Bill%2C_2022&diff=1170978500&oldid=1170964113 are fixed by adding extended protection.

Also the user may understand that the intentions are for Wikipedia policy implementation and not to create hostility on any user. Thewikizoomer (talk) 15:19, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The violation related to the sockpuppetry issue about the removal of the copyright template multiple times by the suspected sockpuppets without following the due process which raised the suspicion for a the existence of sockpuppet issue and not because of them having few edits as being misinterpreted by TechGenWikinator03.

Also thank you for your invitation for my participation in editathons but I may not be the best user to be participating in such activties considering both my unfamiliarily related to the policy compliance and my availability in such activities.
