Actually, you can post something like that to your user page. Personal info is OK there. My bad for not pointing that out to you sooner. I just didn't want you to get blocked on a three revert rule violation because, frankly, your project sounds extremely interesting. In fact, the more you edit and sign your name, the more folks will check out your user page. You'll stand a better chance of getting exposure that way.
