If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. avoiding deletion[edit]

If you are having a problem with your articles seeing deletion before you have a chance to shore up the proper references, perhaps you should build your articles in your user space (such as User:TSGhost/ThisIsMyNewArticle); then, once you have the article in the shape you want, you cane move it into "article space". That way, the article isn't being judged by others until you have it in reasonable shape.

Also, please be sure to sign your talk page posts not by typing your name and the time, but by typing four tildes; Wikipedia will automatically detect that as a signature and add the name and time for you! --Nat Gertler (talk) 00:28, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
