Undersea cables[edit]

The reason I didn't name (and bold) both cables is because the Fiber-Optic Link Around the Globe article has just one (un-wikified) sentence about the event. At the very least, if you don't end up removing "FLAG", it should at least be unbolded for that reason. -- tariqabjotu 02:50, 1 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ITN[edit]

Thanks for fixing my edit to ITN. Why I reverted it instead of simply expanding it is really beyond me :s AecisBrievenbus 13:06, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you![edit]

Hi, just dropping by to say thanks for supporting my RfA, I totally wasn't expecting to get so much support, it was a really pleasant surprise. Melesse (talk) 04:24, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Qtel[edit]

Yeah, I don't think it matters at this point. Thanks for letting me know. Nishkid64 (talk) 01:15, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Imposter[edit]

What did you do to get an imposter? I've blocked the account. Let me know if there is any further trouble. --Stephen 07:41, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I reverted one change that someone had made, and explained why I'd made the reversion. The user then harassed me over six days until getting blocked for a month a couple of days ago. I'm assuming it's somehow related to that, and that if the username wasn't blocked, things could've started up again. So, thanks for your help! :) Somno (talk) 07:55, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Offer to semi-protect[edit]

Would you please do that protection you offered? My page was vandalized last night and I'd just appreciate not having to deal with IP users making comments or vandalizing my page again. Thanks KellyAna (talk) 02:49, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RFA thanks[edit]

Hi! I saw that you updated the in the news-template with news about Nord Stream. I wonder from which source you got this news 'cause I can't find any news in swedish press. Thanx! SvSuz (talk) 10:12, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'll take a wikidollar on it not happening. Will you give me 1,000,000-to-one on the odds of the sun or the moon's path being altered by a flying something? :) Cheers, Daniel (talk) 02:04, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Before you block me and others, the articles, you maybe should check the German version of this article. The English one is so incredible wrong. --85.178.10.88 (talk) 12:23, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Curious edit[edit]

Hi - Can you explain this edit? Thanks. -- Rick Block (talk) 02:36, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No I can't! Fixed it now. --Stephen 02:45, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks - I suspected it was not really what you'd intended. -- Rick Block (talk) 02:52, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Neagu[edit]

Hi, can you pls. detail why the page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Neagu has been dramatically changed, content, links and pictures removed although there were references to copyright and sources? (Most of the pictures published were shot by my father) --Mimmii (talk) 15:01, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The first version was deleted as a copyright violation, the second was deleted as there was no content, just external links. The third version is the one you can view now. The images you uploaded were deleted because their copyright status and source information was not provided. --Stephen 23:22, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Curious about your no-consensus close here, any reason not to relist it for more discussion? I ask mainly because the sole keep was more WP:INTERESTING than policy. Thanks! TRAVELLINGCARIMy storyTell me yours 00:45, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It had already been relisted, and notified under the appropriate projects, but there was no interest in commenting further after 14 days of AfD. --Stephen 00:54, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I'm just used to seeing things relisted again, if necessary. Problem is things get buried on AfD, I think. I suppose it will just land back here eventually since it's not notable in the slightest. Thanks for the explanation. TRAVELLINGCARIMy storyTell me yours 01:19, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
