December 2022[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to OBI (retail chain), it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. LilianaUwU (talk / contribs) 21:09, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I can see that you sourced it. Thank you for doing so. LilianaUwU (talk / contribs) 21:14, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome! SonicIn2022 (talk) 23:41, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Page moves[edit]

Hello, SonicIn2022,

Please stop moving pages around. You are not experienced enough as an editor to know when a page move is appropriate and other editors are having to clean up the after effects of these moves. Do not continue with this useless activity or you could risk losing editing privileges for disruptive editing.

If you have questions, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 01:41, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

January 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Sonic the Hedgehog CD, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please do not inappropriately move pages and redirects to drafts/sandboxes again. I will treat it as vandalism in the future. -- ferret (talk) 01:56, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Attempting to add salted targets to articles[edit]

Please refrain from attempting to make unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been disallowed by an edit filter. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:15, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reference before punctuation[edit]

Hi. You recently reverted an edit from my bot. This edit was normal, on enwiki, according to the WP:MOS, references go after punctuation, not before (see MOS:CITEPUNCT. NicoV (Talk on frwiki) 07:49, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, The Adventures of Funtik the Piglet, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 13:52, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia sucks! Can you please delete that draft? SonicIn2022 (talk) 15:00, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Plus, deleting that draft is because it lacks your idiotic "reliable sources" propaganda. Now I am leaving Wikipedia. SonicIn2022 (talk) 15:00, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

June 2023[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for WP:CIR, continued disruptive page moves as well as sourcing issues and battleground mentality.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  -- ferret (talk) 18:26, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I will not do this anymore. And I am apologising for this action. SonicIn2022 (talk) 19:24, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 19:30, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

However, the reason is stupid and I need to not be blocked. At least wait until I put the retired template and then block me again. Plus I will not continue to cause damage, but I will not make useful contributions because Wikipedia sucks and I wanna leave it and move on to my parody Wiki which parodies Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SonicIn2022 (talkcontribs) 19:54, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Do not edit declined appeals. Make a new one following the proper instructions. -- ferret (talk) 20:00, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Above on your talk page, you complain about "idiotic "reliable sources" propaganda". I have no idea what that is supposed to mean, but I find it hard to believe it indicates you intend to contribute to Wikipedia constructively. Doubly so with how many times you're refused to stop making bad page moves. If you don't want to be here to begin with, there's no reason for you to be unblocked anyways. Simply move along to another website. You don't need to be unblocked to do that. Sergecross73 msg me 20:25, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please unban me?[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

SonicIn2022 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

I understand why I've been blocked banned. Because I just tried to make the page names consistent, what turned out to be "bad page moves" for some reason. Plus I will not continue disruption and will not make ANY contributions to the main namespace and sit in my user sandbox instead, or give up and leave Wikipedia completely.

Decline reason:

You kept saying that our reliable sources policy was "propaganda" and you also said "I will not make useful contributions because Wikipedia sucks". There's no need to unblock you then. RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:40, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

To add to Rick's decline, you say you understand why you've been blocked, then say it was "bad page moves" for "some reason". So you don't understand why it was disruptive. As you have no plans to edit mainspace, there's no reason to unblock you. -- ferret (talk) 19:10, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Unban me[edit]

Request reason:

I understand why I've been blocked banned. Because I just tried to make the page names consistent, what turned out to be bad page moves. Plus the edits were disruptive because I was warned a lot. I will not continue disruption. However, I am planning to edit main namespace.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as talk page access was revoked before request could be reviewed; since user can't continue discussion on this page there is no point to leaving this open. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:38, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

DELETED ACCOUNT (talk) 19:46, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm removing talk page access as this is a waste of our time. Your previous unblock you said aren't going to edit mainspace, now you are. You said "I will not make useful contributions because Wikipedia sucks and I wanna leave it and move on to my parody Wiki which parodies Wikipedia." and now you want to edit? Just go to your parody site and leave this one alone. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:52, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Also, in response to your email, I would not support unblocking you at this time. There are too many discrepancies here for me to feel comfortable with lifting your block. If you want to request an unblock, you'll need to go to WP:UTRS to do so. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:09, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
