Ahistorial ethnicities

Hi

First, I'm very happy that others are making edits to the Central Committee articles: thank you for taking youre time to improve them!

Secondly, are you sure that its "ahistorical"? Kamenev and Kaganovich were still "Russians" and "Jews". You seem, I believe (but I might be wrong), to simpliffy historie to much the other way.
