Request reason:

I am not a company or group, but I am an individual. My name is Francesco and I am the author and owner of Health Pages (only the "Web Site"). My username is "healthpages", because is easier to remember and because my first choise "asklepios" was just used.

Decline reason:

This account can't be unblocked because its name violates the username guidelines. If you want to make editing the encyclopedia a personal hobby, you'll need a different username, but before you create one, there's some things you should know. Under the conflict of interest guidelines, we all agree not to write about ourselves or our own web pages.
