I am writing this article about one of my employees. He has won two major academic medals and the sources are the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. These are both globally recognised professional bodies. I am struggling to work out how more reliable a source can be. I don't mean to be facetious. I am just a bit lost.
