You don't need to read anything - anybody can edit; just go to an article and edit it. Be Bold, but please don't put silly stuff in - it will be removed very quickly, and will annoy people.

Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes.

Play in your user area. For example, create User:Shukkoorpc/test.

Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. For example, Wikipedia:Cleanup#2009.

When you're ready, read about Your first article. It should be about something well-known, and it will need references.

Ghanim Bin Saad Al Saad[edit]

I'm surprised to see an established user like yourself blanking an article. It is not permitted for you or the article subject to "own" the article, and it is absolutely not permitted for anyone to blank a sourced, neutral article "per owner's request." Ghanim Bin Saad Al Saad does not own the article about him, and neither do you. You created the article, but other editors have made substantive contributions to it since then, and it is no longer only your creation, which means you cannot unilaterally cause its deletion.

If you would like the article to be deleted, you may propose it for deletion or bring it to be discussed at articles for deletion, but you may NOT continue blanking this or any other article on someone else's orders. I have full-protected Ghanim Bin Saad Al Saad for a week due to this persistent blanking, and I expect you to discuss any issues you may have with the article on its talk page during that time, so this apparent dispute can be resolved by consensus rather than by brute force.
