Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Plans for the Arms Park.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Plans for the Arms Park.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 17:14, 13 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

May 2015[edit]

It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on a biased choice of users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Ant & Dec. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Thank you. –Davey2010Talk 01:15, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is disappointing that you are 100% wrong...Please explain how this sentence "I see you have edited Ant & Dec previously, there is a discussion on the Talk Page regarding the main image, i.e. which image best shows the two. Please leave your comments" is canvassing. Maybe you are not familiar with Wikipedia to know the difference between canvassing and notify other editors of ongoing discussions. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited UK miners' strike (1972), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page National Union of Mineworkers. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Tim Forster[edit]

Great to see the Captain getting his own article - he was a favourite trainer of mine and much noted in racing for his enthusiasm for steeplechasing alone and also for his pessimistic outlook, which he played up to a bit with the media. Supposedly told Charlie Fenwick to "keep remounting" when asked for his instructions before the 1980 National. You should be able to find a decent DYK in there somewhere! --Bcp67 (talk) 11:55, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
