Request reason:

first thing is that I am totally innocent and spent many hours understanding wikipedia editing etc. I love Valley of flowers and therefor added some links to wikipedia pages which may be beneficial to general public. I feel really strange that when I requested to unblock one website the other websites of the same owner are also put in to spam list. I am unable to understand that how does wiki decides that the spamming is done by owner only. This can be done by some else , may be competitors can also do that. I am sorry to say that there are useless links put on valley of flowers national parks page on wikipedia but when I tried to put a useful link that innocent website was put in to black list. This is by chance that those websites belong to one Devkant Sangwan but they are all related to Valley of flowers and that is why I mentioned this. That website owner is penalized without any fault of his. Even you blacklisted all the websites which may or may not have links here. In Indian system of law we assume that a person is innocent unless proved to be guilty. This year I was planning to go to valley of flowers and was doing some research on and I reached Wikipedia and the websites of Devkant Sangwan. Any ways at last I can honestly tell you that I never knew that one request to remove a link from black list will take me to getting blocked. At least there must be a warning bell. If you want to talk to me you can call me at +91 9416231759

Decline reason:

No, we are not going to unblock you and your sites, whatever your relation to them is. Max Semenik (talk) 11:27, 5 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Thanks for prompt reply. But can you please tell me the reasons. In this way if some one put links of any website will wikipedia assume that website to be spam. I swear that I will never put any link on any article of wikipedia. Kindly do not penalize some one innocent. If possible kindly the review be made by the admin who blocked me.

Decline reason:

The reasons are that we believe you've done this over and over with different accounts and IP addresses, as enumerated above. Therefore we believe that you will continue to do this in the future if we unblock you. We do not do this to penalize website owners; we do this because we have a lot of rules and guidelines about what sort of sites we include in our "external links" sections. And guiding them all is that we're not a web directory. And while you could have the blocking admin review your request, and while he's free to unblock if he wants to, by custom here it is common that another admin review the unblock request. — Daniel Case (talk) 21:27, 5 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Thanks again but I come here for the first time, I know now you are going to block me to edit here. Principle of natural justice is hear the other side. I know wikipedia is not a web directory but publishing a website in black list you are actually harming its goodwill. You may block a site to be added on wiki but should not use blacklist word. My concern is that if someone creates a username and starts putting links of a website here and soon you put the site in blacklist when the site owner even does not know about this and it is very much possible. Can you please forward this suggestion that instead of blacklisting a website you should change your program and simply do not allow the links to be put on wiki. This procedure simply penalizes some innocent websites. I really do not want to get unblocked now as I know the decisions makers are not going to listen any thing they feel they are right. Even worlds most genius person can not be always right. May I know How can I contact with the real administrators of wiki.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline: not an unblock request - you can still post messages on this page even though you're blocked, however please don't use the unblock template for anything but actual unblock requests. No changes to the software are needed: blackisting is the name of the technical feature that prevents anyone from adding links to a given site. You're already contacting "the real administrators" - this wiki is self-governed. Max Semenik (talk) 13:48, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
