Hi! Unfortunately it's unlikely that there will be any images from the film that would fall into the CC-BY or CC-BY-SA categories. In order for the images to be used, they would have to be under a copyright that would allow for the images to be freely used and adapted, even for commercial purposes. It's unlikely that the company that owns the rights to the film would release images under these copyrights as it would impede their ability to control how the images are used and to profit from the video/images.
Now that said, there are still possibilities. Once the page is live you can upload a picture of the DVD/VHS cover for the movie under fair use guidelines. (I can actually do this for you, if you like.) The fair use guidelines would essentially cover the use of the cover enough to justify its use in the infobox for the film, to identify it. There are also other things you can do, like add images that pertain to the film somehow, like the petition Gideon made that you added to your draft. You could also have a picture of Henry Fonda in the article, which you've added.
Now I do have one quick note - the section on Gideon's trial (ie, the background) is fairly extensive. Keep in mind that this is already extensively covered at Gideon v. Wainwright, so you don't have to rehash the entire case on the film article, as people can click through to the case's article in order to read the finer details of the case. To be honest, the film article should focus most heavily on the film and its production - the history of the case and its legacy isn't really pertinent to the film, as the film is a separate thing entirely. The only time you'd focus on legacy as far as the case goes is if the film itself brought about any new perspectives, criticism, or clarification to the case. A comparison would be the article for The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, which covers some of Lacks's history and the controversy surrounding the use of the HeLa cells, but doesn't go into a huge amount of detail as far as her life and legacy goes. The same goes for something that's based on a fictional source - if you look at the article for Guardians of the Galaxy, you'll see that the film doesn't have a lot of detail about the background and information about the comic book series it's based on - it only covers it as it pertains to the movie. This doesn't mean that your research has to be removed necessarily - I would look to see if you have anything that is missing from the main article on the case and then merge the content in there.

Gideon's Trumpet (1980 film) - historical background[edit]
Hi Scbell24601 - you will see that I removed the extensive "historical background" section from the article. Wikipedia tries to avoid the replication of material that is already available in other articles, as is the case here. Consider that in contrast to a stand-alone essay, this article is intended to be an item in a linked web of information; that means that background material, if already present in the encyclopedia, can and should just be linked, possibly accompanied by a short summary. If you want to insert such a summary paragraph here, I'd suggest accompanying it with a {{Main}} header, which produces a line like "For the main article, see Gideon v.
