Self-injury[edit]

Be WP:BOLD and find some SI history and add it. If it's well sourced and written in a WP:NPOV it might stand. This SI disorder is a new definition in human history. It hinges on the inflicter doing it for self-loathing reasons not for art work, cultural adherence or pleasure. When it becomes pleasurable then it's not SI like voluntary victims in the Vampire lifestyle might have been SI but now enjoy it. That's the controversial part of SI.
