Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

I don't see anything wrong with the image of MichaelHiggs.jpg. I've asked more than once how to get an image on Wikipedia, because I just do not understand the rules about it, but I never got an answer whith which I can work. It's probably that my English isn't much, but I just do not understand it.

That image is inappropriate. It is a non-free image. As you have already been told, you are not permitted to use non-free images to depict a living person. That you were doing so in blatant violation of the image license is also problematic.
