Thank you for your earlier note. Sorry I was away so I only can answer your question now. So I think the original (Latin/German/Norwegian..) text of the cited sources could also be cited in the article, but not in its main text, but in footnotes. As this is English wiki, I think English text are required in the main text. Of course, any text (including footnotes) can only be contributed based on a reliable source, and the reliable source should be referred to. It is possible that some of the translations are not of the best quality, but they are based on reliable sources, so we should prefer them in order to avoid OR.
