Some advice[edit]

Hi Quintupletwist. I see that you've been making some edits to the Race and intelligence article lately. While I appreciate your involvement in this topic area, I wanted to mention that this particular article is already a bit heavy on hereditarian information, and adding additional pro-hereditarian content is probably unnecessary at this stage. I think it would be more productive, and better for the article, to instead keep an eye out for POV-pushing and deal with it when it arises. Edits like this [1] which I reverted, and other edits on articles in this topic area like these [2] [3] (which I brought up on the talk and tried to explain what's a problem with them) would benefit from having another set of eyes on them. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Note that this article is among those covered by WP:ARBR&I. In particular WP:TE and blanking of sourced content is sanctionable. Mathsci (talk) 13:45, 8 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
