Hi, Political Cricketer! Just to add a little: you're free to re-use Wikipedia content at any time and in any way you like; it's not a copyright violation (though it could be plagiarism). But you should provide attribution for content you copy or re-use (unless you wrote it entirely yourself). An easy way to do that is with a {{copied}} template on the two talk pages. I've done this one for you as an example. Could you perhaps check your contribs to see if there were other times when you copied stuff?
