Welcome to Wikipedia!

Please note that we don't use words like 'Mrs', which you inserted in the Darlie Routier article: there's no need to be polite, it just clutters the page. Perhaps you could revise that. Thanks! Rothorpe (talk) 00:39, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Darlie Routier edits[edit]

Hello Rothorpe. My object for inserting Mrs. before the name Routier was not one of politeness but to distinguish her from her husband, Darin, who, if you follow this case, may soon become a more prominent figure in a drama that is on going and already impacts our information here. The salutation is formal rather than polite and it distinguishes the female from the several male subjects with the same surname. At your request I replaced Mrs. with her actual Christian name, Darlie. Thank you for your attention.

And thank you for your prompt response and explanation.
By the way, you can sign & date your posts by typing four tils (~). Rothorpe (talk) 13:41, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, and could you reinsert the refs you accidentally removed in your second edit, please? I can't undo the edit clicking on 'undo' because of later edits. Alternatively, I'll revert back to that one and we'll take it from there. Rothorpe (talk) 14:20, 16 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
