Casualties in Las Vegas[edit]

ParadiseDesertOasis8888, why did you change the number of casualties at 2017 Las Vegas Strip shooting from 59 to 58? The 58 number is from older articles. All of the most recent reporting says 59 people killed in the shooting. Adding the perpetrator's suicide makes 60 fatalities. Please don't change this again unless you have some more recent source saying the reported number of fatalities has been DECREASED by one. ParadiseDesertOasis8888 I, mostly, agree with MelanieN, BUT, if you change a figure, you should say why in your edit summary and it should be cited. (See WP: Verifiability)
So just changing the figure is not really acceptable unless the source has also been updated, or replaced with another one that supports the change.
Re your WP:good faith edit here to my update to Paradise, Nevada, note that I was deliberately vague about the exact number of injured because I was quite sure it would change, and it did, downwards. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. The use of bold on the word "stop" is neither an attack nor aggression. It is a call for you to stop a particular editing action that you are engaging in when your previous 30-odd exercises of that action have been reverted (and you have no doubt noted that they were). I also directed you to the particular policy that addresses that action. You are also not a "newbie" after more editing here for more than a year and 3000+ edits. I was warned originally after adding all but two pages to the category. I added the other two before I realized that the others had been removed from the category (you can even see that I reverted one of my own edits after I realized that the others had been removed). It wasn't done in a rebellious way. Also, by assuming that I knew I wasn't supposed to add them after the first warning, you are calling my good faith into question. Lastly, I wasn't calling you aggressive, the section of the article that I quoted said passion that may be interpreted as aggression. I don't think you were trying to be aggressive, you're just passionate about Wikipedia. I'm sure that you've had to deal with a lot of people who add categories without good intentions and you may have just assumed that I'm one of them. In the article Nimes, the section "Culture" mentions the Annales de Gergonne, which is a mathematical journal. By inserting a pipe you have directed the link to scientific journal. Sourced genre should be bold and go through with your edit; sometimes editing is a way to start a discussion about something. Hi there, I have undone two of your recent edits, where you replace double spaces with one space. I haven't looked at more than just these two. There is no need to alter double spacing. See MOS:PUNCTSPACE: "Software condenses two or more spaces to just one when rendering a page, so editors may use any spacing style they prefer." See also wp:RETAIN.

2019–20 Wuhan coronavirus outbreak[edit]

Hi your update of the China count was undone as you failed to take into account Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. These are listed separately here. To use a figure from the web site used as a ref, you have to subtract the numbers given for 台湾 澳门 and 香港. These may not match the numbers in our article, due to it being out of date. User:Graeme Bartlett, Hello, I used the source for China (https://bnonews.com/index.php/2020/01/the-latest-coronavirus-cases/) which says there have been 1,985 cases, including 10 in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. You keep restoring the Category:American rapists to the Eugene Gu article. Here's what WP:BLPCAT says: "... Category:Criminals and its subcategories should be added only for an incident that is relevant to the person's notability; the incident was published by reliable third-party sources; the subject was convicted; and the conviction was not overturned on appeal." It is arguable whether or not the sexual assault allegations against Gu are relevant to his notability. What is not arguable is that the article text currently makes no claim and cites no source to the effect that Gu has been arrested for or charged with, let alone convicted of, rape or any other type of sexual assault. Regional languages in the United States[edit]

I had to revert your list of regional languages. The list was already debated several times on the Talk page for United States. Each time, it has been rejected for the following reason: There are no "recognized regional languages" at the national level. In certain states (Native languages in Alaska, Oklahoma, and South Dakota; Spanish in New Mexico; French in Louisiana, which you omitted), languages other than English have a very limited administrative function -- much like services offered in eastern Belgium for German speakers. Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing.
