Rocky Balboa[edit]

PaleAutumn, I want to work with you to find some common ground on the closing of the Rocky Balboa article. Can you take a look at the talk page and respond to the points I've made there?

Thanks!

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Anastasia (1997 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Conman (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The Last of Us[edit]

Hi Pale Autumn,

Thanks for your edits on The Last of Us. I'm afraid I had to remove the cast section, because per WP:VGSCOPE we try to avoid cast lists in video game articles. Considering the cast list isn't particularly notable and rather small, I suggest incorporating it into the plot section. Thanks, and happy editing. --Soetermans. T / C 08:36, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Pale Autumn, again I had to undo your edits. Look, it's great that you want to help out on the article on The Last of Us, but WP:VGSCOPE specifically says "Generally speaking, a list of the actors providing voices, likenesses or motion capture acting performances for video game characters is not appropriate. If mention of the actors is an important factor of the article, typically they should be done in the article prose, and generally in the development section (...) Exceptions to the rule would be games where the video game cast is particularly notable, such as actors reprising their roles in a video game translation of a film". As far as I can tell, the cast isn't particularly noteworthy, but if you do want to incorporate a bit on the casting of the voice actors, that should be done in the development section. A cast (or characters, for that matter) section isn't necessary. Thanks. --Soetermans. T / C 12:26, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Walking Dead edits[edit]

While I appreciate your assistance cleaning up the article, there are a couple issues we should discuss as opposed to starting an edit war. First of all, MOS:RETAIN specifies that it is unnecessary to switch from one form of English to another. So traveling, the American form, is perfectly fine as is. Secondly, in the quote at the end of the Season 4 description, the ellipsis is needed, since there is some dialogue missing from it. When Rick says the final line, he pauses after "They're gonna feel pretty stupid when they find out.", at which point Abraham asks, "Find out what?".

If you still disagree in any way, let's discuss here or on the article's talk page instead of just reverting each other. Thank you. --GoneIn60 (talk) 12:42, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Well, looks like we agree for the most part. I'm going to leave the ellipsis in, since it's proper grammar to do so, but if you want to ask what others think on the article's talk page, feel free to do so. Thanks! --GoneIn60 (talk) 19:20, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Isle of Dogs[edit]

I was thinking of the Isle of Dogs and how Major Domo is the main antagonist. Here's the info:

Major Domo (Isle of Dogs)

I have made some edit and you keep reverting them. Can we please work out on something?

If that's the case, I will now vanish from Wikipedia, and I'll never return. Hope you'll learn your lesson on how to mess with me and the Isle of Dogs article. --GroupJWbackup (talk) 21:37, 25 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Change Engvar[edit]

On Shaun of the Dead, under the guise of grammar correction, you changed instances of BritEng to AmEng. When there is a prevalent form of English in the article, it should not be changed. This is especially pertinent when the subject of the article has strong national ties - Shaun of the Dead is a very British film and should use this. I leave this message to warn you not to go changing more articles like this, as continuing to do so is disruptive and could lead to a block. Kingsif (talk) 16:20, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Barbarians (2020 TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Flavus. Dances with Wolves[edit]

Your edits have left a mix of italicised and normal text for the various Sioux names in the plot section. I’d suggest identifying the correct approach from the MoS and then having consistency throughout the article? MapReader (talk) 05:24, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sure thing! You can make those edits if you want and have time, no biggie. Pale Autumn (talk) 15:30, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
