Hello,
As the grandaughter of Bertie Wright (youngest brother of Walter "Huntley" Wright), I have been researching this family for over 15 years.
I am new to this form of information sharing, and as a mathematician I am not so good with written forms....I hope this outline can be of use to you to formally make the correction(s) required on the page.
The Tatler 1/1/1902 refers to Fred Wright Snr as "the father of the five". "The five" are Maria (Marie), Frederick (Fred Jnr), Ada (Haidee), Walter (Huntley) and Albert (Bertie).
Why would they have two brothers named Fred, born three years apart? It confused me too when I first was using some of the internet sources and saw that Huntley was born Frederick. Yet, Frederick went on to perform his entire life also, as Fred Wright Jnr.
The 1871 census is as follows: Frederic Wright - Head - 43 - Comedian Jessie - Wife - 30 - ditto Maria - Dau - 7 - scholar Frederick - Son - 5 - ditto Ada - Dau - 3 - ditto Walter - Son - 2 - ------- Jane Curtis - Aunt - 44 - domestic servant Albert - Son - 2m
Walter performed with Ada Reeve in 1896 as Italic textWally Huntley-Wright. http://www.its-behind-you.com/adareeve.html (This refernce also mentions Fred Wright Dramatic Company in which Ada Reeve performed along with the Wright family members).
He married Christine Monica Margaret Taylor in Kensington London on July 27, 1898 using the name Huntley WrightItalic text. (Certificate of Registration obtained from GRO).
Huntley Wright was present at the death of his father Frederick 19/Oct/1911 in Hampstead London.
Fred Wright Jnr died in New York on the 12 Dec 1928.
As mentioned eraly in the wiki article: Marie and Haidee also had sucessful careers.

THANKYOU so much. Your time and efforts are appreciated. My aunt and I are currently in the process of putting together details on Bertie. He was her father, so she has quite a bit of detail. Yet, he was nowhere near as well known as Huntley, Fred and Haidee. But we have collated quite a number of his appearances and tours. I will be in touch. Thanks again to you both.
