I'm not sure why your copying and pasting large blocks of text from this page. I cannot see a clear licence that would allow you to distribute this content without permission or attribution.
The content itself is very elaborate and possibly too detailed for a general purpose article. The sources also don't all meet WP:MEDRS, the medical sourcing guideline.
