Sure. Note also commentaries at http://theglobalobservatory.org. You will see that following the way that the authors here have written, and WP:MILUNIT, I've set up Somali divisions as Division 43 (Somalia) etc, cardinal, not 43rd Division (ordinal). Also, in accordance with the WP:CAT guidelines, until we have 20(ish) Somali military units and formations, we do not need to set up "Category:Military units and formations of Somalia." Up to that point, we can simply put them in Category:Military of Somalia, where you may have found the other divisions initially, and Category:Infantry divisions. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
