Thanks for your efforts, but ...[edit]
I know you've spent a lot of effort on TV series pages like Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, to add cast names etc. But Wikipedia is not a catalog or directory. Trivia sections listing peripheral characters without any context are not of value to wikipedia. They are highly likely to be removed wholesale when more experienced editors improve these pages.
Fandom[edit]

- JBW, what do you think? There's a bunch of apparently random or incompetent stuff, there's of course article creations that totally fail to meet our guidelines, there's a likely/possible COI. User:MrsSnoozyTurtle reminded me that I had not heard back from them. You closed the AfD for Khelna Bari (the user really has a ton of deleted edits), an article edited by someone, User:Siddhartha sengupta2001, whose edits seem just as fishy to me, in between incompetence and (poorly done) paid editing. Update: I blocked User talk:Siddhartha sengupta2001 after looking at their edits, their deleted edits, and their talk page, and the notes by various editors including The Banner and User:Spiderone. I think these are two of a string of accounts with sufficient similarities in editing to strongly suggest they are connected, all editing articles relating to the output of the same business, all making edits which are distinctly promotional, most if not all sometimes doing things which make little or no sense, all either making no answers or making inadequate and unclear answers to questions and messages about problems with their editing. it got archived, so just in case, i'll be leaving the response here
- unrelated to the issue, but did you write your signature by hand?
- the "talk" links to the disambiguation page for talking, as opposed to your talk page, and the time, which is written as 12:19, 25 april 2024, is tomorrow in both utc and my time zone (note: it's no longer "tomorrow", but it's still considered more than a day after the reply)
- related to the issue, i agree that, independent of whether or not you are paid, your edits do come off as overly promotional, and with improper use of citations, and that they should go through the afc process, as opposed to just being pushed straight into mainspace with no evidence of consensus or other editors' input i could find
- using jogomaya as an example, they're just clumped together at the end of the lead, as opposed to spread out in later sections, like development (missing from the article, which is kind of disappointing but fair, as not everything has extensive info on its development), plot or setting (also missing, so an outside reader like me will have no idea what it's about), or cast (not missing, but devoid of any form of citations, and probably too long for this wiki's scope, read wp:notstats for more info on this part)
- from reading the article, the only things i know are who worked on it and when it was released. all i could piece together about the show itself was that it exists, has characters, and is in genres, and this seems to also be the case for nearly, if not every article you've created
- for more info on what you could do to make your edits seem less promotional and your articles seem more like wikipedia articles, i'd recommend reading the manual of style and its film-focused counterpart
