Your recent edits[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:43, 7 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia app for Windows store.[edit]

I just realized the Windows Store WP app as it stands is depricated. Any word on what is going on with UWP development? Should the app be taken off the store? --wL<speak·check> 06:21, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hm, I'm not sure :/ I wasn't involved in the development of that app and I haven't heard of any active work. We recently closed T111997, which I think is related, so I would guess that there aren't currently any plans for new versions. If this is something worth pursuing further, may I recommending emailing mobile-l? That might be a good starting point to engage with someone knowledgeable on the subject. Thanks! :]
Well, I found something at T108714 which explains why it's a no-go at this time. Thanks for telling me about the list. --wL<speak·check> 18:48, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimania 2016 is almost here! Mjohnson (WMF) and I are running two workshops for IdeaLab during the conference, and you are invited to join us for either (or both!)

If you have a proposal or idea you are thinking about, and would like a space to work on it on your own or with others, please consider joining us for either the Thursday or Saturday sessions. We'll discuss a little about IdeaLab and how it works, and the rest of the time is space for idea building. You can also use this session to ask questions about Wikimedia Foundation grants that are available if your proposal or idea may need funding. Thanks, and see you at the conference! "Noitaton hsilop" listed at Redirects for discussion[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Noitaton hsilop. Since you had some involvement with the Noitaton hsilop redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you wish to do so. signed, Rosguill talk 18:51, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
