Hi, ip 68.196.9.155 hasn't vandalized enough to be reblocked yet. Wait 2 more times or one more time for serious vandalism. And this site doesn't 'perm a block' ips only accounts. JC7V-constructive zone 05:21, 8 August 2018 (UTC)

- Actually looking at it, maybe they deserve to be blocked. Though luckily for us, they haven't vandalized since being reported. So at least it stopped for now. Keep up the good work JC7V-constructive zone 06:35, 8 August 2018 (UTC)

If you look on the FCC website they do not have CP anymore. So that's why I took them out.
