Your request at CHU/U[edit]

Hello, Modeljaywiki. Regarding your request to usurp the username "Jaylani", it cannot be completed since that username is not even registered, so there's nothing to usurp. The previous request you made was declined because a global account already exists, and bureaucrats regularly decline such requests to avoid creating SUL conflicts (see WP:Handling SUL conflicts). Now, I can see that you moved your userpage to User:Jaylani, which was not appropriate. If you wish, you are able to register the username "Jaylani" here on en.wikipedia (you'd have to stop using the account "Modeljaywiki" in that case), but following the unified login finalisation that username will be changed to "Jaylani~enwiki". My advice is to choose a new username, one that doesn't show up either in Special:ListUsers nor in the SUL info tool, and make a request for that name instead.
