Waver Velvet article

Hi there. I happened to find this information about the making of Waver and his Melloi persona. Considering how Waver got his own spinoff, there might be the possibility to give him his own character article but I didn't watch it fully. I thought about this since you mentioned him in the Fate character list. Feel free to be bold and make the article if you have the material. I'll try to provide some back up. I'm pretty sure one Anime News Network even listed Waver's adult persona as best character from his year when the anime premiered so I'm sure it can pass wp:notability.
