Question from Buffalobev (15:28, 20 September 2021)

Hi Michael, Nice to know I've been assigned a mentor. I saw a grammar mistake on the page I was reading and I think that's the kind of editing I'm going to be doing for quite awhile. I'm an anthropologist by training, so I tend to read pages having to do with history, philosophy, society, human evolution, psychology, etc. quite a bit.

Thank you!

Bev --Buffalobev (talk) 15:28, 20 September 2021 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia, Buffalobev! There's quite a steep learning curve here, so you are wise to stick to making minor edits at first. Don't be shy in asking me for advice, though, which you can do by continuing to edit into this part of my Talk Page. I have it on my watchlist, of course, so there won't be any need to alert me with a ping or a mention (using {{u|Username}} like I did for you in this thread). You can tell the world a little about yourself and what you intend to contribute by creating your userpage: currently your signature is a red link but the system will allow you to create a first draft if you click on it. See WP:UPYES for advice on that. Mike Turnbull (talk) 15:56, 20 September 2021 (UTC)
