Twibanire Esterification Article[edit]

Hi, Mgyannick. Your article Twibanire Esterification is highly technical. This makes it difficult, sometimes nearly impossible to understand. If you have any ideas about how to simplify the article, comment on its talk page. Thanks! Spencer.mccormick (talk) 03:06, 18 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Spencer. Thanks for the message. Maybe a reaction scheme should be added. I will look for ways to do that. Any other suggestions are very welcome. Mgyannick

Hi Mgyannick! I posted a note at the Articles for Deletion discussion about your article. You probably should have also received an automated note telling you that the article had been nominated, but you obviously noticed so that's by-the-by.

A couple of things:

  • I've created your userpage for you here. Feel free to edit it and add some (non-identifying) information about yourself - your interests, your expertise, general personal information (age, gender, location, etc). This will help others understand why you might be editing in a particular area and can help others to understand a bit about you without this having to be explained during discussions on talk pages.
  • As I suggested in the aforementioned AFD, you might want to have a read of WP:EX. There are plenty of expert editors here and their contributions can be brilliant. There are also various Wikiprojects that bring editors with the same interests together so that they can collaborate on various topics. You might be interested in Wikipedia:WikiProject Chemistry for example.
  • When discussing things on talk pages (not in articles), try to use asterisks (*) for new comments, colons (:) to indent additional comments and four tiles in a row (~~~~) to sign your comments. You may want to fix your signature under "Preferences" at the top of your browser page so that it includes your username and talk page links. You could copy and paste the following which should work well to begin with:
'''[[User:Mgyannick|Mgyannick]]''' ([[User talk:Mgyannick|talk]])
(will produce)
Mgyannick (talk)
...so people know who they're talking to.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Happy, if you want me to, to userfy your article for you as I suggested at the AFD. Cheers, Stalwart111 02:29, 21 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • I think something has gone wrong with your signature (from the text I gave you). Might be worth clicking "edit" at the top of this page, copying everything between the "<nowiki>" tags above and pasting it into the signature box at "Preferences" again. A whole bunch of browser gibberish has made its way into the code. Stalwart111 23:45, 21 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Userfication[edit]

You've probably seen my notes elsewhere but I've now userfied your article so you can work on the draft to get it ready for the main article space. It is available at User:Mgyannick/Twibanire Esterification. I put a note on your userpage (looking good!) to encourage others to help. If you need a hand with anything, please let me know. Happy editing! Stalwart111 03:30, 21 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Note[edit]

Understood. There were a couple of suggestions made during the deletion discussion that you might like to consider. But for now, I will ask that your userfied page be deleted. Stalwart111 01:14, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
