If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

No Maps For These Territories edit

Hi, Carol. I've reverted your edit, as you requested, and verified that the section and line appear. In my own opinion, who performed a transcription isn't necessarily worthy of note in an encyclopedia, since it's not a work of authorship. If it were a translation, I'd agree, particularly since a work might be translated differently by different translators. But if it's a transcription, the theory is that it should just be an accurate written account of someone else's spoken words. Someone else's authorship, in other words. If you disagree, you are welcome, of course, to try reformatting the link again. I often find that if I hit the "publish changes" button before proofreading three times, I get it wrong and have to go back and edit again, so "show preview" is your friend. My parents were editors, and they (perhaps mis-) attributed the saying "Nothing's so clean as a third edition" to Samuel Johnson. Anyway, this is just my opinion, and I very much appreciate that you did the work of the transcription, I've done some transcriptions and know that there's substantial labor involved.
