November 2023[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. You need to discuss titles first. February 2024[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for reverting your recent experiment. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use your sandbox instead, as someone could see your edit before you revert it. Thank you. Alexeyevitch(talk) 01:33, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Baba (name). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 01:41, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Information icon Hello. Your recent edit appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 01:53, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Hong Kong, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Remsense 12:44, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation pages[edit]

Disambiguation pages are there to provide links to other articles on this wiki. Adding redlinks or links to indonesian Wikipedia is not helpful to our English readers. Please stop doing that. MrOllie (talk) 12:37, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kindly stop edit warring about this. MrOllie (talk) 01:41, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Mr Ollie, I posted the wikipedia article without the English article in order to give an honest answer, if you deleted the article intentionally that would be a big mistake. But if you are deleting the name of a non-famous person, it means that you are a lazy reader or you don't use google translate. In fact, I aim to spread the article with the aim of getting to know the people who make as inspiration to bring him the future. But, if there is no change in attitude, then what is the use of the wikipedia that has been provided with a translator tool from google translate? Please answer honestly now Lutherchrist (talk) 02:41, 19 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Those pages are lists of English Wikipedia articles. You should stop adding links to other languages there, this is not how things are done on the English language Wikipedia. We do not rely on google translate. The draft you recently tried to add is basically nonsense, I assume because you used computer translation output. It was moved to draft space for improvement for that reason, and because it does not meet the English Wikipedia's minimum sourcing standards as explained at WP:N. What you added does not make any sense to English readers. You should respect the practices of the English-language Wikipedia community, and stop editing against local norms. Notice

The article Keiji Baba has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. MrOllie (talk) 02:14, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Keiji Baba moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Keiji Baba. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and those sources need to be reliable and independent of the subject. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 15:02, 14 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You should be using the WP:AFC process rather than creating duplicates. The numerous errors and sourcing problems with these articles must be fixed first. MrOllie (talk) 03:28, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

March 2024[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Anglican–Roman Catholic dialogue, without good reason. Thank you. asilvering (talk) 05:00, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to ASEAN Championship. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. asilvering (talk) 05:11, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to move pages to bad titles contrary to naming conventions or consensus, as you did at ASEAN Championship, you may be blocked from editing. asilvering (talk) 17:26, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! asilvering (talk) 17:27, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
