Craig Alcock on Sexey's School[edit]

I understand why you made your edit to Sexey's School. In my personal opinion footballers are less notable than academics etc, however others may find Craig Alcock more notable. As he is considered notable enough to have an article on wikipedia I have put him back into the list.— Rod ^talk 21:43, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Notability is a subjective concept and always influenced by the "recency effect" but in wp terms often relates to the avail;ability of a number of secondary sources. The order of the list is usually alphabetical rather than some perceived order of importance which may be difficult for a casual reader to make sense of. Grave and unsupported accusations[edit]

You can discuss the ethical issues you believe are involved on the relevant talk pages 1) without bringing in irrelevancies such as UK or EU laws that you believe might be involved, since Wikipedia is not subject to those laws (see also WP:NLT) and such talk can create a chilling effect; and 2) without making slurs against the photographers involved. --Orange Mike | Talk 16:49, 19 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
