Hi. Thanks for working on these articles, but please be careful not to add redundant information. In the body of the article, things should only be said once. If it is particularly important information, it should also be summarized in the Lead section. I see that you are also adding references to what appears to be your own work. This is a conflict of interest, so instead of doing this, you should go to the Ellen Terry Talk page and make the case for why information from your own sources should be added to the article. If you persuade other contributors with your reasoning, then we will be happy to add the information. It seems that you are an expert on Craig, so I am sure it will be easy for you to make a case for what should be added. Also please see the Edith Craig Talk page. Re: Ellen Terry's continued contact with James Carew. This is relevant because they continued to be married until her death. He also supported her in various ways with advice and help with accommodation. See The Collected Letters of Ellen Terry Vol. 6, edited by Katharine Cockin (London: Pickering & Chatto, 2015), pp. 164 (etc). ISBN 13 9781851961504 Their relationship is also covered in Vol. 5.
Re: Edith Craig's adopted daughter. This information comes from my book, Edith Craig (1869-1947): Dramatic Lives (Cassell 1998) p. 167. The reference to the source needs to be added to the page.
Re: Ellen Terry's date of birth 1847 or 1848. In earlier posts there is discussion about this. She thought she was born in 1848. On her death, documentation revealed that she was born in 1847. This discovery was announced by Edith Craig at the Ellen Terry Birthday Festival, reported in the press; see, for instance, Birmingham Post, 28 Feb 1935 (press cutting in National Trust's Ellen Terry and Edith Craig Archive; catalogue at www.ellenterryarchive.hull.ac.uk
