Welcome![edit]

Hi Karya4122, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like it here and decide to stay. Thank you for your contribution to Borel subgroup. I've removed your addition there for a number of reasons, but the most salient is that I'm in the process of writing a draft of an article that will cover parabolic subgroups of Coxeter groups more thoroughly. I also had a question about your addition: you asserted that the dual Coxeter definition is inequivalent; my impression (which may be out-of-date) is that it was not known whether it was equivalent or inequivalent. If I'm mistaken, could you provide a citation for the statement that the two definitions are definitely inequivalent? Thanks!

I have found the answer to my question in the paper of Gobet on cycle decompositions. --JBL (talk) 17:16, 10 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
In case you are interested, I believe all the content you added has now been incorporated (with citations) to the draft, and I've published it as an article: Parabolic subgroup of a reflection group. --JBL (talk) 21:09, 10 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
