Hi there, I just reverted some of the material you added here because as well as being unsourced it read to me as very novel and potentially disputed. I've never heard of an astronomical definition for the pagan festivals of Beltane etc, in obvious contrast to the solstices and equinoxes which clearly do have precisely defined characteristics. The wording of your addition even suggested that planets other then Earth could have cross-quarter days defined for them and named for the neo-pagan festivals. I've never yet come across references to Lammas on Mars! If you do have a reference for the astronomical definition that meets the WP:RS criteria, do by all means add it in!
