After researching rules I agree that this page and another page I have tried to create should be deleted. How can I have them deleted, or can you just delete them? Also I still want to write an about page for these people. If I get permission from the photographer and owner of the licence can I use a headshot picture of the author? — Preceding unsigned comment added by JoshuaLewis24! @JoshuaLewis24!:This is the talk page of your sandbox. No need to delete it. Your sandbox is usually your "play area" to experiment, and you may use it fro different things in the future. Similarly, its talk page will vary over time as your experiments vary. Don't deleter it, just "blank" it: i.e., remove all of its contents, Whenever you wish. -Arch dude (talk) 15:01, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@JoshuaLewis24!: About your proposed article: Please read WP:YFA. The absolutely critical requirement for an article is that the subject meets our notability requirement. If it does not, then there is nothing you can do that will prevent the article from being deleted. You can fix anything else. If you are not absolutely convinced that the subject is notable by our definition, then ask others to help assess notability after you find several references that support notability. Do not waste any further effort until you do this as it just leads to frustration when your article is deleted. If notable, then write your draft. If you hare having difficulties with applying the guidelines (e.g., promotional tone, POV, COI, or whatever) then look at a few existing articles with subjects similar to yours to use as worked examples or points of departure. -Arch dude (talk) 15:01, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@JoshuaLewis24!: You can use any image on Wikipedia commons in your article: no further permission is needed. The copyright owner of an image may upload that image to Commons if they are willing to agree to freely license the image with the CC-BY-SA license. Have the copyright owner click on the "upload file" link in the left-hand column on any page to start the process.-Arch dude (talk) 15:01, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
