License tagging for File:Jason mraz toca rivera.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Jason mraz toca rivera.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 22:05, 21 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Noel "Toca" Rivera[edit]

I am sorry your page was not created, and I simply was trying to find more information about Toca Rivera to add to his Wikipedia page. I do not know the protocols of Wikipedia very well either, but considering the site is based around user contributions I do not see how my creation of a page has "used" you in any way. Feel free to edit/revise anything that has been added to the page. I apologize that I used your information without asking for permission, but that is basically the point of Wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marshy4644 (talkcontribs) 02:52, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Before, Volume 1.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Before, Volume 1.jpg, which you've sourced to http://soundcloud.com/themaddenbrothers/sets/before_themixtape_volume_1 = "© 2007-2012 SoundCloud Ltd. All rights reserved.". I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 19:29, 9 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve King of Everything (Jinjer album)[edit]

Hello, Joshbob10,

Thanks for creating King of Everything (Jinjer album)! I edit here too, under the username Doomsdayer520 and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:-

Thank you for your new article on the album "King of Everything" by Jinjer. If possible, see if you can find more information in reliable sources about the album, such as professional reviews,to show that it is notable. Some members of the Wikipedia community often call for the deletion of bare-bones articles like this.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Doomsdayer520}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Orphaned non-free image File:Jinjer King of Everything.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Jinjer King of Everything.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:32, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
