The Purpose of this Account[edit]

I'm currently suffering from RL issues that mean that my admin judgement is not reliable right now. I had wanted to desysop my main account for a while to remove the temptation of tool usage until I'm feeling better but the 'crats seem a bit shy making the necessary declaration that relinquishing the tools would not be under a cloud. Ho hum. This is the next best thing, a declared alternative account that will not have the tools and will allow me to edit productively in the background without temptation. • Question: Is "ipblock-exempt" really necessary? It should not be added unless you are actually editing regularly from places where IPs have been hard blocked. –xenotalk 14:49, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
