Request reason:

I use a computer associated with a school-system network, but I log in using this account, which I understood until recently to be allowed; even if the IP address were blocked, I was able to edit as long as I logged in. Aside from a false claim of vandalism listed above, I have never been accused of vandalism using this or my main account, User:Packer1028. JohnSon12a (talk) 19:28, 22 October 2023 (UTC)

@Yamla: I can't change anything about my user page to make the necessary notifications about this secondary account because my IP address is blocked from editing, including if I try to use my main account, User:Packer1028, which I considered doing for simplicity. I cannot change anything using this computer, including when logged in, except for this very talk page. It seems my Wikisource account still works, so I'll put the notices up there, but I wouldn't think that it would be a problem if it were to use my account; yet it is.
