You are free to ask Fastily or another administrator to restore your user page; however, I think it is unlikely that they will do so. Its contents had nothing to do with improving Wikipedia or building an encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not a place to keep "All About Me!" pages: It is not a web host, nor is it a social network. If you are looking for a place to keep your writing online, you may wish to look into Facebook, LiveJournal, or one of the various websites available for blogging.
