No that is not true. The article did not add anything. Please read the article.

I have read the article. Perhaps I'm not understanding what you are after. On the talk page you said, "Please add the section about Modi being found guilty in libel lawsuit" with a link to a report about it. In the article there is the line, "In March 2012 New Zealand cricketer Chris Cairns successfully sued Modi for libel, after Modi posted on Twitter in 2010 that Cairns had been involved in match-fixing during 2008. Cairns won costs and damages." with a link to a reference.
