TerrainView-Globe[edit]

I try to rewrite the TerrainView-Globe article in my user space meeting the wiki criterias. In my opinion this article is similar to many others in this field e.g. Google earth or Nasa Worldwind and of great interest to the community. Please help to improve this artictle.
