My nickname is Imabouttonut that means I'm about to gather nuts. To nut is to gather nuts according to dictionary and according to my knowledge of the word. This is why I think I was blocked in error and appealing

Hello. This is probably the first time somebody has used that - (according to the Oxford dictionary) archaic - meaning of the word this century :) There is a far more common usage of that word in modern parlance, in particular on the internet, which is not pleasant and which I shalln't link to; not to mention "nut" as British slang meaning "to headbutt someone" which, again, is not nice.

Of course, we should assume assume good faith but I'm not sure you're not trolling us.

@kingboyk Can you tell me what does it mean that wiktionary has this meaning as it's first? Why do dictionaries put some explanations first? It also has the meaning "to ejaculate". I didn't mean this explanation, I didn't know about this. Is this why I can't use this name? Is the name Imabouttogathernuts okay? I don't mean only for this site but in general, for all people? Sorry for being autistic. Your explanation will help me. Will people ban me for Imabouttogathernuts?

In you e-mail to me, you said you were "BANNED". You are not banned, you are blocked. Banning is a very serious matter: see WP:BAN. Being blocked is not usually a big deal, we do it to get your attention when you make a little mistake. being blocked for an inappropriate user name is not a big deal: just create a new account with an acceptable user name, abandon the old name, and carry on.

Even if you you are blocked (or banned, for that manner) there is no prohibition against reading material on Wikipedia. First, we do not want to, and second, there is no simple technical way to that sine we do not require you to log in.
