Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Cedars Ski Resort. Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Bsharri. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Bsharri, you may be blocked from editing. If a person never lived in Bsharri, then they're not a resident, notable or otherwise. We keep seeing additions of people with familial roots in the place but who never actually lived there.
