If I do well on the Simple English Wikipedia for 3 months, can you unblock my "Jessica Liao" account? That's part of the condition. The first link.

Decline reason:

This is the English Wikipedia - we have no authority to investigate positive or negative activity on Simple Wikipedia. We also have absolutely no relationship with Encyclopedia Dramatica. If you were blocked for WP:SOCK, and you want the "master" account unblocked, using one of those socks to request unblock appears to be a violation of the spirit of the block.
