April 2014[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Aurora, Cayuga County, New York. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
I've warned both of you, please take it to the talk page. Thank you. Novusuna talk 23:00, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the guidance and for stepping in here. I posted a suggestion for collaboration on the Talk section of the Village of Aurora page.--Greeneyedsallie (talk) 23:39, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! There is a DR/N request you may have interest in.[edit]

This message is being sent to let you know of a discussion at the Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard regarding a content dispute discussion you may have participated in. Content disputes can hold up article development and make editing difficult for editors. You are not required to participate, but you are both invited and encouraged to help find a resolution. The thread is "Aurora, Cayuga County, New York". Please join us to help form a consensus. Thank you! EarwigBot operator / talk 23:06, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have posted a response there. Thanks!--Greeneyedsallie (talk) 02:58, 20 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Michael I. Niman[edit]

Hello, Greeneyedsallie. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Michael I. Niman".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Michael I. Niman}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 00:00, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
