A tag has been placed on Danijela Kambasković, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. You may also want to move the page to EverythingWiki. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. SpitfireTally-ho! 19:43, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notability and language[edit]

Hello Gojkov. I recently came across the article Balkansko književno društvo, which you created. I've translated the page into English, since here on en.wikipedia.org all content is supposed to be in English. If you want to contribute articles in Balkan languages, may I suggest you add them to the Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian, or Serbocroatian Wikipedias?

Secondly, I have searched Google News, but can find no immediate evidence that the Balkan Literary Society meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. Do you have any independent, reliable sources covering the Society that you could add as references? If none can be found the article may have to be deleted.

Lastly, I wonder from your username whether you have a conflict of interest with some of the subjects you are writing about. Have a look at our policies on this: you're encouraged to avoid creating articles on subjects in which you have a personal involvement. Just let me know if you have any questions. The article Balkansko književno društvo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

*Failed searches for WP:RS.
  • Failed search for suitable Wikipedia article for merging.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kudpung (talk) 10:00, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
