The history on this page contradicts what appears in other areas of Wikipedia regarding Zero Tolerance and use by the Reagan administration 10 years earlier in 1984. I also find the "Broken Windows" concept written here to be in accurate and misleading. This page needs to be fixed as does much of Wikipedia. Unfortunately, this page is locked! I don't understand why. Does Wikiipedia think that it can rewrite history? This is just another example why Wikipedia is not a very reliable resource and should not be used except for sheer entertainment. As an educator, I have ZERO TOLERANCE for any student who uses Wikipedia as a resource; The first time, they would get a zero grade and the second time, they would need to take the course I was teaching from the beginning.
