Dao bih ti jedan konstruktivan savet, ukoliko prihvataš. Nije cilj da teramo silu i inat jedni drugima, već da pokušamo da napravimo nešto korisno. Ako si primetio, prethodne prelazne rokove smo pokrili više-manje dobro. Nemoj da shvataš sve što novine napišu zdravo za gotovo, jer se kod nas čak i gotovi transferi izjalove. Ja ne isključujem ovo bez razloga, već zato što nema zvanične potvrde. Cenim trud, ali pogledaj malo kako se ubacuje i ne briši važne izvore ili sintaksičke simbole. Koristi "Show preview", da vidiš kako strana izgleda pre nego je sačuvaš, jer tako izbegavaš po 10 uzastopnih izmena, ukoliko nisi zadovoljan kako izgleda. Da se razumemo, ne volim da pametujem i nisam šablonista, ali postavili smo kao neke standarde u prethodnih 5-6 godina i trudimo se da ih održimo. Tako da znaš da ako i neku vest preskočimo, uglavnom je to zato što su mnogi mediji, nažalost, postali "rekla-kazala". Isto tako, ukoliko primetiš da nešto nije u redu, ili nije tačno, slobodno ispravi, ali vodi računa da ne obrišeš nešto važno, jer može da "krešuje". Transferi, opet[edit]

Već sam ti napomenuo nešto vezano za transfere, ali moram da te podsetim. Ako jednu referencu ubacuješ više puta, ubaciš "refname" i onda samo to dodaješ svuda. To mu je svrha, a ne da bi tek izvor imao lepo ime. I nema svrhe menjati Žurnal u FB stranu Pazara, zato što je izvor opet Žurnal. Ne žurimo nigde i biće ubačeno sve što treba. Transferi 2018[edit]

Znam, upravo sam krenuo da ih radim. Dobar posao radiš, dosta toga si skapirao za kratko vreme i to je za pohvalu. Samo obrati pažnju prilikom dodavanja veza i proveri parametre. Malo kozmetike takođe nije na odmet, a pod tim smatram da prilikom menjanja kluba to bude pre svega pokriveno verodostojnim izvorom i lepo upakovano. Međutim, nema potrebe za nekim "specijalnim dokazivanjem" i žurbom kada su transferi u pitanju. Svi mi pratimo portale tipa mozzart, ali kako klubovi retko zvanično objavljuju vesti vezane za odlaske, papiri iz saveza su za mene zakon. Ima i tu brdo grešaka, ali je suštinski većina stvari jasna. Takođe, u današnje vreme čak ni zvanična promocija ne mora mnogo toga da znači, jer ako nije zavedeno u papirima, pravno je neobavezujuće. Kada je u pitanju pozajmica unutar države, mora da bude objavljeno. Međutim, kada igrač stiže iz inostranstva ne naglašava se kao ustupanje, ali u poslednje vreme stavljaju do kog perioda je ostanak dogovoren npr. 6/18. Ima tu raznoraznih peripetija, ali bi trebalo da oglase brisanje iz registra, ukoliko napusti klub. Tada ćemo sigurno znati da je pozajmica prekinuta. Ovo često zna da kasni u papirima, ali pouzdaniji izvor nemamo. Ili tako, ili ako negde pređe, znaćemo šta je u pitanju. Takođe, ja ne praktikujem da prebacujem igraču staž u ovu godinu ako raskine ugovor tokom zime, jer nema zvaničnih nastupa. Na taj način se bar donekle u infokutiji razlikuje da li je u pitanju letnji ili zimski prelazni rok. Naravno i tu postoje izuzeci kod onih država gde sezona traje tokom jedne kalendarske godine ili kod onih gde su drugačiji formulisani prelazni rokovi. Da se ubacim i ja ovde, glasnik nogometnog saveza je dosta bogatiji što se tiče informacija. Što se tiče transfera, pohvala i od mene. Neće uvek komunikacija ići glatko, ali vidi se dobra volja, što je za svaku pohvalu. Za sada, što se mene tiče, potpis ugovora objavljen na zvaničnom sajtu kluba, ako klub nema neku blokadu je dovoljan da bih uzeo dodavanje u razmatranje. Portalski članci, transfermakt, soccerway definitivno nisu, osim ukoliko se ne vidi nedvosmisleno iz članka da je osoba potpisala. Pogledaj recimo Ašćerića i Veselinovića, ljudi već "potpisali" za Zemun, a na kraju se ispostavilo da nisu ni blizu bili. Ne žurimo nigde, ciljamo potpune i nedvosmislene informacije, kako ne bismo ostavljali škart. Onaj Lucas Junior iz Niša je izuzetak, jer je ružno da stoji prazno odakle je došao. Moram još jednu stvar da ti napomenem. Ovo što ažuriraš strane igračima sa jedne strane jeste lepo, ali ako to radiš bez bilo kog izvora, može da bude potpuno beskorisno. Prvo što bilo ko može da te vrati, jer nema validnih izvora, a drugo što neko treba da ide za tobom i krpi sve to. To je dupli posao i potpuno je bespotrebno. Imam primer jednog lika koji gleda samo sokervej i šta piše tamo, zanemarujući pritom relevantne izvore, pa često moram da ga vraćam. Daj da vidimo ako je ikako moguće da doteramo što veći broj članaka da na nešto liče. Ja kapiram da će članke Zvezdinih i Partizanovih novih igrača okupirati mnogi koji do juče nisu čuli za te ljude, ali meni je cilj da sredim i ove ne toliko poznate i popularne. Ako možemo da se doovorimo da ove fudbale vodimo po broju kako izlaze, da bismo imali jasnu sliku o kom se tačno rednom broju radi. Nisam formalista, ali mislim da je ovde bolje primeniti šablon zbog kontinuiteta i nekog praćenja svega toga. Ne moraš da sređuješ sada, opeglaću ja to, ali da znaš za ubuduće. Opet ista stvar. "РЕГИСТРАЦИЈЕ" je naslov u svakom broju i stoga ovo nije baš pametno. Takođe, proveriću ovo za Ninkova, odnosno na koliko je potpisao ugovor zimus. Micin i Grujic[edit]

Cao cao Gazda. Samo htedoh da se konsultujem nesto sa tobom, u vezi izmena na Serbia national under-21 football team strani. Vidim da si prebacio Micina i Grujica u recent call-ups zato sto nisi bio u protokolu. Cisto da se ne zezamo sa medjusobnim editima, jel to ima neki novi standard sto se toga tice? Posto nisam video da je o tome do sada vodjeno racuna, bilo za mladu bilo za A reprezentaciju vec je bilo dovoljno samo da igrac bude na spisku selektora i da nije u medjuvremenu otpao zbog povrede da bi se nasao u current squad sekciji. Mada bi po toj logici Babica trebalo prebaciti u recent call ups i staviti da mu je utakmica sa Makedoncima most recent call-up. Sve najbolje. Nisu bili registrovani kod Fife ni za Makedoniju ni za Rusiju. Zato sam ih tamo prebacio. Ako ti mislis da je pogresno, slobodno vrati. Ili stavi Babica da mu je MKD zadnja utakmica. Tu smo da pomognemo, samo ti kako mislis da je pravilnije. Ja sam pratio zvanicni sajt UEFA, tamo ih nije bilo pa sam ih vratio u recent.

Zastavica[edit]

Ej, caos, izvini, nadam se da me nisi lose shvatio, nisam zeleo da napravim nikakvu napetost niti bilo sta slicno, ja bas puno cenim i postujem tvoj rad. Nego sto se klinca tice, bas je nerviralo preterivanje i senzacionalizam nasih tabloida u vezi njegovog prelaska u Dinamo. Taj nas obrnut mentalitet u kojem zamisljamo da ako nam nasi igraci igraju negde, da to znaci da mi dominiramo u tom klubu ili nesto u tom stilu, dok je realnost da ko nas kupuje on u stvari dominira nas... Nemam ja dileme da je decko iz srpske porodice samo rodjen u Zagrebu, ali je poenta ta da on ima dvojno drzavljanstvo, sto onda menja dosta stvari i cini da realnost bude ta da je u stvari zagrepcanin okusao srecu u Srbiji, nije uspeo u Zvezdi, i statusom talentovanog mladog rezervnog igraca Vozdovca, prihvata ponudu Dinamo Zagreba i vraca se u svoj rodni grad. Ta prica je mnogo razlcita nego da se radilo o nekom mladom talentovanom leskovcaninu kojeg Dinamo otkriva i dovodi u svoje redove.

Problem ovde je taj sto sa vremena na vreme neki zavod za fudbalsku statistiku u Svajcarskoj objavljuje podatke o brojevima stranaca u ligama, gde ih ima najvise a gde najmanje, koji su uocljivi trendovi (recimo brazilci u Portugalu, madjari u Belgiju, litvanci u Skotsku, itd.), razliciti razlozi u razlicitim slucajevima, i slicno. I sad gledam video na youtubu od jednog od najpopularnijih kanala koji se bave analizom fudbala i imaju bas veliku gledanost i u epizodi koja se bavila upravo ovim, voditelj govori kako "necete verovati" ali na 4. mestu u izvozu fudbalera je Srbija. Lik nije nikakav klinac, ima negde srednje godine, trebao bi da zna za vec odavno zapocetu tradiciju izvoza jugoslovenskih fudbalera kojoj smo mi samo nastavak, ali ne, lik jos objasnjava kako je obrazlozenje velikog broja srba koji igraju van Srbije taj sto mnogo srba ide da igra u Bosnu, Crnu Goru ili Hrvtsku, ili druge lige gde im jezik nije barijera a kultura slicna i da kao idu tamo u potrazi za boljim zivotom (!?!?!?).

Ja sam ga pismeno pitao kako to da ne zna za dugu tradiciju izvoza zapocetu jos u vreme Jugoslavije gde su generalno svi jugosloveni odmah uz brazilce i argentince postali najbrojniji stranci u mnogim ligama i klubovima i da se ta realnost odrzala i do dan danas samo sto umesto jugoslovena sada smo podeljeni ali barem srbi i hrvati su medju top 10 izvoznika neprekidno sigurno vec jako dugo, tako da niti je fakat da je Srbija 4. iznenadjenje, niti je razlog njenog 4. mesta broj srba u okolnim ligama bivse Jugoslavije. On je pokusao da se odbrani apsurdnim pitanjem kako to da hrvata nema puno i igraju samo u najbolji ovoga, pobegao je i diskusija je zavrsena. Ali nazalost nasu diskusiju ce retko ko da procita a milioni ljudi u celom svetu ce da nastave da slusaju kako sm ligama, a ja sam mu ukazao upravo da njihovo 8. mesto na listi imajuci u vidu da ih je samo 4m sve skupa, procentualno ih stavlja u sam vrh izvoznika, uostalom, u toj bosanskoj ligi koju je on upravo dao kao primer da opravda srbe na 4. mestu, srbi su DRUGI a hrvati su najbrojniji stranci!

Ali nazalost nasu diskusiju ce retko ko da procita dok ce milioni slusati video u kome se tvrdi da su srbi iznenadjujuce brojni kao fudbaleri van svojih granica jer ih ima puno u Bosni i okolini. Na sve to kad sam analizirao spisak srba u Premijer Ligi BiH pola njih je rodjeno u BiH, samo sto su proveli deo karijere u Srbiji i mnogi imaju duplo drzavljanstvo. Manjina je onih koji sa pravom prema FOOTY pravilima su rodjeni u BiH a imaju SRB zastavicu jer su igrali za SRB reprezentaciju. Mada, sad ih vidim ima nekih koji menjaju reprezentaciju svake godine...

I zbog ovoga, a i zbog drugih razloga, korigujem mnoge te zastavice. Od kad je pao dogovor na FOOTY 1-reprezentacija, 2-mesto rodjenja/pasos, ja ga se drzim. Zamisli recimo rodjaka mog iz Foca koji je zagrizeni patriota, sad je vec zavrsio karijeru, ali dok je igrao stavljao sam mu BIH zastavicu a on bi krisom pokusavao uvek da vrati SRB. "Ja sam srbin, imam duplo drzavljanstvo, sta ti meni poturas tu BIH zastavicu?" a ja bih "Zato sto si iz Bosne i domaci si kad igras u njihovoj ligi, nisi iz Srbije pa dosao u Bosnu." Mi smo sa tim stavljanjem SRB zastavice automatski svakom igracu u nasim klubovima i generalno Srbima bilo odakle da su, samo smo poremetili statisticki proracun da je ispalo em da igramo svugde po raznim nedodjijama, em je ispalo da smo stranci i tamo gde nismo, a da su domaci samo oni drugi koji nisu srbi. Nemamo strtegiju. Nasi iz Bosne ili Hrvatske zele da im stoji SRB zastavica i da igraju za Srbiju, zanemarujuci da im ognjista nisu deo drzave Srbije. Na grbu FSBiH stoji i cirilicni natpis, ali kad pogledas reprezentaciju jedva vidis jednog-dva srbina. Kad stranac to vidi lako uvidi da su vecina imena nesrpska pa se upita sta mi tamo hocemo ako nas nema niti ucestvujemo? (ovaj razgovor sam doziveo sa jednim strancem). Moramo da se opredelimo, ako smo iz, recimo, Bosne, i toliko zelimo SRB zastavicu, onda trazimo nezavisnost, jer u suprotnom samo sami sebe izbacujemo iz institucija nasih ognjista i pretvaramo se u strance u svojoj kuci. Primeti koliko igraca iz RS iako igra i po 10 godina u Srbiji i deluje suludo staviti im drugu zastavicu koja ne SRB ipak cesto zavrsi karijeru u BiH. Sa nasima iz Hrvatske je problem jos gori jer posle oluje postaje prava uvreda stavljati CRO zastavicu igracima narocito ako su od starta karijere u Srbiji i samo Srbiji. Ali nije dzabe Tesla rekao u clanku kojem je napisao povodom ubistva kralja Aleksandra da je srbin ali iz Hrvatske. Time podseca sve da postoje krajevi Hrvatske u kojima zive srbi i otima hrvatima iskljucivo pravo na celu zemlju koju su obuhvatali. Zato ovaj decko, ciju zivotnu pricu ne znam, ne treba da bude predstavljen kao biser iz Srbije kojeg je Dinamo doveo, vec upravo treba dati do znanja svetu da ima ljudi u Hrvatskoj koji su bez problema dosli u Srbiju i proveli deo karijere kod nas i sad se vratili.

Ovim zastavicama takodje zelim da ukazem FSS-u na gresku koju cine sa rigoroznim ogranicenjem stranaca u koje se racunaju i svi igraci iz regiona bez naseg pasosa. Nas fudbal se razvio krajem I svetskog rata, i od tada nikad nam nije "domaci prostor" bio smanjen kao danas. Resenje nije deliti pasose igracima vec shvatiti ovu realnost i uskladiti pravila. Od samog pocetka su se nasi klubovi razvijali stvarajuci timove koji su ubrajali brojne igrace iz regiona. To sto su mnogi bili srbi ili sto se cesto nacionalnost nije ni gledala pa je delovalo da su svi stalno domaci, to deformise shvatanje realnosti. Nas Partizan iz 1966 je u finalu EK imao i slovenca, i crnogorca, i bosnjaka, i goranca, znaci da bi tim od pre 54 godine (ej!) jedva danasnje pravilo protokola prosao (sa klupom mozda ne bi). One zvezdaske gluposti o NDH igracima sto su igrali kod nas kad smo se osnovali, dolaze iz praznih mozgova koji naravno pojma nemaju o tome da su pre rata u nasim klubovima igrali hrvati u istom i vecem broju. I BSK i Jugoslavija su bili puni hrvata jer su oni bili talentovani a znali su da im je najlaksi nacin da dodju do reprezentacije da igraju u Beogradu. Kao primer, sve 3 osijecke predratne legende (Ernest Dubac, Franjo Glaser i Gustav Lechner) su u Beograd dovedeni, a Gradjanski ih se tek docepao pocetkom rata na silu. Prema mnogima najbolji slovenacki predratni igrac, Sandi Lah, cak nije ni imao mesta u BSK-u ili Jugoslaviji, vec mu je zadovoljstvo bilo doci u BASK. Cetvrti beogradski klub, Jedinstvo, je jos 30tih godina dovodio stopera bugarske reprezentacije. Jedna Vojvodina je stvarajuci ono sto su mediji nazvali "milionerski tim" otimala jednog Ivana Medarica Gradjanskom. Ovo spominjem onako, iz daleke istorije, a kad bi pisali o Skoblaru u OFK-i, Ziganteu u Boru, pa do toga kako FKP i CZ su imali komplet Sloveniju od Kataneca, Elsnera, Milanica, Novaka, Simeunovica pa do Zahovica. Ko bi pregledao srednje nase timove iz 70tih i 80tih bi lako video koliko su bili preplavljeni igracima iz cele zemlje. A rezultat toga je bio taj da smo imali cele generacije domacih srpskih igraca koji su davali sve od sebe i imali zavidne karijere kakve danas klinci samo mogu da sanjaju, a koji dosanjaju dozive ih nespremni jer kod kuce to vise nije to. Nasi igraci nisu samo bili uspesni vani zbog onog zakona da tek mogu da idu u 27., jer i kad je to ukinuto nasi su i dalje isli vani i bili uspesni, a bili su zato sto su kod kuce vec igrali profesionalnu ligu u kojoj su se navikli na konkurenciju, a ne kao danas gde ih maze i paze i zakonima garantuju mesto u timu. Tate koji redovno zovu trenera na Slavu kojima ovaj namigne dajuci im do znanja da se ne brinu za mesto u timu za sina jer afrikanca kojeg su doveli ce vratiti prvim avionom makar bio Eto licno. I onda nam igraci iz takvom ambijenta dodju vani i susretnu se prvi put sa pravim zivotom i konkurencijom, i kako da se snadju kad im je to sve strano i nepoznato? Zato nas savez treba da gradi i potencira profesionalizam barem u Superligi, da ti igraci vec budu spremni i znaju sta je konkurencija.

I sta zastavice? Pa da pokazu da i pored svega opet zavisimo od igraca barem iz regiona da bi odrzali kvalitet i konkurenciju. Da i pored svog teranja stranaca i forsiranja domacih, da tu opet ima broj njih cesto sakriven zastavicom. Savez treba da shvati da tu nema nista lose, naprotiv, da ce se nas fudbal upravo najvise i razviti ako ponovo vratimo konkurenciju na savremen nivo. Ja sam prvi koji mrzim timove sa sve strancima (ja bi stavio zakon maksimalno 5 stranaca na terenu), ali savremen fudbal danas ima definitivno i komponentu razvijanja skautinga i jacina jednog kluba se vidi i van terena, na velicini teritorije na kojem ima ljude i veze da otkrije i dovede dobre igrace. Nas savez nas je zadnjih skoro 30 godina samo unazadio jer je po ovoj temi radio sve obrnuto. Cak i posle ratova, pored sve situacije, jos uvek smo bili atraktivni kao regionalni centar i Brazil Evrope, a nas savez je sve radio da nas izoluje i da nam oduzme i tu prednost koju smo imali prema nekim od komsija. Pozdrav veliki! Video sam ispravke koje radis na Partizanovoj strani u vezi pridoslog Dennisa. On je otvoreno pitanje i dalje meni. Mislim da se likovi IP koje korigujes baziraju na informacijama ubacenim njemu na transfermarktu gde su mu ubacili da je odigrao 2 utakmice za Srbiju U15 ali ne pise ni kad. Nesto malo vise o tome sam nasao na footballscouting.it gde u clanku iz januara 2016, kazu kako ga je tadasnji selektor, Milan Đuričić, pozvao u U15 reprezentaciju. Ali, ne kaze da li je debitovao. Tako da, nisam pametan sta raditi.
